Gracie Hedrick

Gracie took after her two older brothers growing up as a kid and was involved in a variety of sports including basketball, softball, and volleyball. Beyond team sports, Gracie found her passion for fitness and a healthy lifestyle after graduating college and living in China for a year working abroad for a marketing company. She began CrossFit in 2012 and then got certified and started coaching in 2013. Gracie loves being able to encourage and inspire athletes to be a better version of themselves and improve upon their individual weaknesses. She is a firm believer that CrossFit offers more than just a good workout - it offers camaraderie, support, a competitive outlet, increased confidence, and overall education to enable anyone to live a healthy lifestyle regardless of fitness experience or background.

Gracie is a mom of 3 young girls, Remi (5), Rylee (3), and Ruby (1), who serve as her motivation for living a healthy lifestyle. She strives to be a role model for her girls by showing them each day how women can be strong and how exercise is a healthy, fun, normal part of everyday life. She wants her kids to grow up enjoying exercise not seeing it as a chore, and understanding what it means to be healthy. Gracie truly believes that fitness should be a part of everyone's daily routine, no matter the form of exercise- movement is medicine!
