Optional for all New Members, $40 per one hour session. You will be participating in a one on one session with a coach focusing on moving correctly and safely with the barbell. We’ll teach you the basics, emphasize proper technique, and you’ll get a great workout to put everything into practice too.
In each session, a coach will teach and demonstrate the foundational movements we use in CrossFit, as well as review your range of motion and various scales to get you moving safely. Following the instruction portion of the class, you will participate in a CrossFit-style workout to practice what you just learned. We guarantee you will get sweaty and you will have fun.
Once you are done with your fundamentals session, you can join our regular CrossFit classes and get the full CrossFit experience with the rest of our community!
